1Who runs this site

This website is operated by Edwards Properties, 2200 S Old Missouri Rd, Suite C, Springdale, AR 72764. Throughout this page, "we" and "us" mean Edwards Properties, and "you" means anyone using the site.

2Using the site

You may browse the site, download property sheets and plans, and share links to any page. You may use the property information to evaluate space for your own business or for a client.

You may not scrape or bulk-download the site, republish its content as your own listings, use it to build a competing database, or attempt to reach areas that are password protected.

3Property information is not an offer

Every square footage, dimension, specification, drawing, plan, and photograph on this site is provided for information. It is believed reliable but is not warranted, and it is submitted subject to errors, omissions, change of terms, prior lease, and withdrawal without notice.

Nothing on this site is an offer to lease, and nothing creates a binding obligation on either of us. A lease exists only when a written lease has been signed by both parties. Anything discussed before that, including terms mentioned by phone or email, is subject to that signed document.

4Rates

We don't publish rates. Rent depends on the building, the square footage, the term, and the amount of interior work required. Any figure quoted to you is an indication until it appears in a signed lease.

5Plans and drawings

Site plans, floor plans, and suite layouts are working drawings. They are current as of the date shown on the property page, and they change as buildings are demised and re-let. Don't use them for construction, permitting, or design work without having them verified by a licensed professional and confirmed by us in writing.

6Intellectual property

The design, text, photographs, drawings, and logo on this site belong to Edwards Properties. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission. Sharing a link, printing a property sheet, or forwarding it to a colleague or client is expressly fine.

7Links out

Where this site links to another website, that link is a convenience. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.

8Limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is. We can't promise it will be available without interruption or that every detail is free of error.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute arising from them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Washington County, Arkansas.
