Two brothers, one office, and the buildings their parents started.

Joe and Janice Edwards started this in 1983. Their sons Greg and Chris bought it from them in 1994 and have run it ever since, out of the same office on Old Missouri Road in Springdale.

For a long stretch the work was building for other people. Grade the site, run the water and sewer, set the panels, hand over the keys. Somewhere in there we stopped handing over all the keys, and what stayed is the portfolio you see on this site: 1,060,400 square feet of warehouse, industrial, flex and office across Springdale, Lowell and Rogers, all of it a few minutes off I-49.

Because we built them, we already know the answers. What the floor will hold. Where the three-phase comes in. Whether that wall is doing anything structural or whether it can come out on a Saturday. You won't have to wait while somebody looks it up.

Our crews still do the work inside these buildings. Office finish, demising walls, dock equipment, more power. Blain handles the estimating, so the number you get comes from the people who'll actually swing the hammers.

Peggy answers the phone. Greg and Chris walk the buildings and one of them will meet you at whichever one you want to see. The office closes for lunch from twelve to one, which isn't negotiable and never has been.
