Cookie policy

1The short version

This site doesn't need cookies to work. Browsing property pages, filtering the map, downloading a plan, and sending an enquiry all happen without us storing anything that identifies you.

2What we do store

Your cookie choice. When you accept or decline the notice at the bottom of the screen, we save that answer on your own device so the notice stops appearing. It stays for twelve months. It holds one word and tells us nothing about you.

3What we may add

Analytics. If we turn on analytics, it will count visits and show us which properties get attention, so we know which buildings to photograph next. It records pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site sent you. It is aggregated and is not used to identify you. It runs only if you accept the notice.

Embedded maps. Some property pages may embed a map from a third party. If they do, that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy. The main portfolio map on this site is drawn by us and sets nothing.

4What we never do

We don't use advertising cookies. We don't run retargeting pixels. We do not sell or share browsing data with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics.

5Changing your mind

Use the button below to clear the choice you made. The notice will appear again on your next page load and you can answer differently.

6Controlling cookies in your browser

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. In Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox the controls sit under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking everything won't break this site.
